Bahamas Government Treasury Bills (T-Bills) are issued under the Public Debt Management Act, 2021 and are short-term securities. T-Bills are issued on a monthly basis and are available to the general public. T-Bills auctions utilize competitive bidding to derive consensus benchmarks for Government debt issued on 91 and 182 days, respectively. The bills are awarded to the highest bidders until all offer bills have been allocated.
