Stolen Banknotes Alert - CRISP Evolution B$10 and B$20

The Central Bank of The Bahamas advises the public that as a result of an armoured car robbery that took place on Thursday, 2nd November 2023, bundles of CRISP Evolution (CE) B$10 and CE B$20 banknotes were stolen and may be in use. Members of the public are urged to be vigilant and on the lookout for these notes as follows:

• CE B$20 banknotes (2018 series), serial number range: N760001 to N765000
• CE B$10 banknotes (2022 series), non-sequential serial numbers. The full list of numbers has been provided to authorities and commercial banks.

If you believe you have stolen banknotes in your possession or suspect any suspicious activity related to these notes, please contact the Commercial Crime Unit of the Criminal Investigation Department, Royal Bahamas Police Force.
