Through the Work Experience Programme, the Bank partners with educational institutions to provide students with job training and career development opportunities. This partnership also allows students exposure to the financial service industry and assists them in their application of business principles and theories acquired in the classroom. In addition, students receive an overall appreciation and understanding of the role of the Central Bank in the Bahamian economy.
