The Central Bank of The Bahamas issues warnings about dealing with named persons, whether these are individuals or companies, to alert the public and the financial services sector that where such persons offer banking or other financial services from the addresses listed below, they may be operating in breach of the Banks and Trust Companies Regulation Act, 2020 and/or other laws of The Bahamas.

The entity listed below is not licensed under the Banks and Trust Companies Regulation Act, 2020, to conduct banking and/or trust business in or from within The Bahamas. Members of the public who transact business with these entities do so at their own risk.

The public is invited to contact the Central Bank of The Bahamas with any other available information.

* There is no relationship whatsoever between this entity and Morgan & Morgan group of entities, including “MMG Bank & Trust Ltd.” and MMG Fund Services (Bahamas) Ltd., which are duly licensed to operate in The Bahamas
